Two units are currently available furnished. Several others are unfurnished if you'd rather bring your own setup. Just tell us which you'd prefer.
What's included in the rent?
For furnished travel nurse units: everything. All utilities (electric, water, trash), high-speed Wi-Fi, a Wi-Fi-connected TV, in-unit A/C, on-site parking, on-site laundry, and full furnishings. One flat rent — no surprise add-ons.
Are pets allowed?
Yes, we're pet-friendly. Reach out with details about your pet (breed, size, weight) and we'll confirm any specifics.
What do you need to qualify?
Active travel contract or assignment letter, valid ID, and proof of income (your contract usually covers this). The application takes about 10 minutes online.
What about parking? Is it secure?
Yes — assigned on-site parking spot included in your rent. Security cameras throughout the property.
